Blood donation-On May 11th, 2023 the FDA eased restrictions on blood donations from gay and bisexual men, among other groups traditionally facing higher risks of HIV. The FDA no longer broadly excludes gay and bisexual people from donating blood and has moved to a more targeted questionnaire about an individual’s sexual history
